Introducing the Fullex XL Gearbox, designed specifically for passive locks on the secondary door of French door pairs.
Available in both 35mm and 45mm backsets, these gearboxes come in single, double, and split spindle configurations, all sharing the same dimensions. Each unit measures 227mm in height plus the backset of 35mm or 45mm, making installation straightforward. The gearboxes are secured to their strips with three equidistant screws, with the middle screw positioned 108mm from both the top and bottom screws.
Each gearbox features a robust hook that throws upwards, crafted from Dacromet coated A3 sintered steel, standing approximately 23mm high. Additionally, the XL gearboxes include a convenient snib on the faceplate, allowing you to hold back the latch when needed.
