The Fullex XL multipoint door lock is engineered for maximum security and reliability, featuring a robust design that includes:

• Versatile Gearbox Options: Available in double, single, or split spindle configurations, the XL lock can function as a lift lever lock, double spindle nightlatch, or split spindle nightlatch, providing flexibility for various applications.
• Easy Identification: Look for the Fullex logo stamped on the faceplate. The unique cut-out in the top corner of the gearbox is a distinctive feature of the XL lock.
• Customizable Security: The XL range includes various locks with hooks, anti-lift pins, and rollers positioned differently relative to the spindle. Ensure you check your measurements against our product specifications for the correct fit.
• Extendable Design: Each XL lock can be extended top and bottom, enhancing flexibility. When paired with Fullex high-security shoot bolts, the XL door system meets PAS24 requirements.

Specifications:

• Gearbox Dimensions: Available in 35mm and 45mm backsets, all gearboxes measure 227mm high plus the backset + 15mm. They attach to strips with three equidistant screws, with the middle screw positioned 108mm from both the top and bottom.
• Durable Construction: The hooks are made from Dacromet coated A3 sintered steel, with a height of approximately 23mm. The top hook throws downwards, while the bottom hook throws upwards, each accompanied by an anti-lift pin.
• Roller Functionality: Rollers assist in compressing the door against the frame to prevent dust and water ingress, while also helping to maintain the door's shape. They are adjustable by +/- 1mm for optimal weather sealing.

Operation Instructions:

• To Lock the Door:
  • Lift the handle upwards to engage the locking points.
  • Secure the locking points and main deadbolt (if applicable) by turning the key.
• To Unlock the Door:
  • Turn the key to unlock the system.
  • Push the handle downwards to disengage the locking points and retract the latch.

Corrosion Resistance:

• BS EN 1670 Grade 4 for 240 hours

Cycle Operation:

• Tested for 200,000 operations
