Fullex XL gearboxes are designed for versatility and security, available in both 35mm and 45mm backsets. They come in single, double, and split spindle configurations, maintaining consistent dimensions across the range. Each gearbox measures 227mm in height, with an additional 15mm added to the backset measurement. Installation is straightforward, as these gearboxes attach to their strips using three equidistant screws, with the middle screw positioned 108mm from both the top and bottom screws.
A standout feature of the Fullex XL gearboxes is the upward-throwing hook, crafted from Dacromet coated A3 sintered steel, measuring approximately 23mm in height. Additionally, each gearbox includes a snib on the faceplate, allowing users to hold back the latch for convenience.

To Lock the Door
Close the door to automatically engage the latch.
Lift the handle to engage the additional locking points.
Throw the deadbolt and secure the system by turning the key (note: on some brands, lifting the handle will throw the deadbolt).
To Unlock the Door
Unlock the system by turning the key.
Push the handle down to disengage the locking points.
A further quarter turn of the key will retract the latch.
