Fullex XL gearboxes are designed for versatility and security, available in both 35mm and 45mm backsets. They come in single, double, and split spindle configurations, maintaining consistent dimensions across all models. Each gearbox measures 227mm in height, with an additional 15mm added to the backset.

Key Features:

• Mounting: The gearboxes attach securely to their strips using three equidistant screws. The middle screw is positioned 108mm from both the top and bottom screws, ensuring stability and ease of installation.

• Hook Mechanism: Each gearbox is equipped with a hook that throws upwards, crafted from Dacromet coated A3 sintered steel, measuring approximately 23mm in height for enhanced durability.

• Snib Feature: A convenient snib on the faceplate allows users to hold back the latch, providing added flexibility in operation.

Locking and Unlocking Instructions:

To Lock the Door:

1. Lift the handle upwards to engage the locking points.
2. Secure the locking points and main deadbolt (if applicable) by turning the key.

To Unlock the Door:

1. Turn the key to unlock the system.
2. Push the handle downwards to disengage the locking points and retract the latch.

Latch Reversal:

To reverse the latch, simply undo the screw in the latch to remove it. Reverse the latch, reinsert it, and replace the screw for proper functionality.
