The GU Ferco Tripact multipoint door lock is designed for enhanced security and ease of use, featuring a combination of 2 hooks, 1 deadbolt, and 1 latch. This lock is part of the GU group of companies and is distinguished by its unique 70mm centres (PZ), making it easily identifiable.

Key Features:

• Locking Mechanism: The Tripact lock includes a central gearbox with a latch and deadbolt, along with options for 2 or 4 rollers or a pair of small flip or tongue hooks. 
• Design and Compatibility: Originally designed for timber doors, the trip act flip hooks were crafted to minimize door preparation. The initial models were latch-only, but the addition of a deadbolt has improved security. The original locks featured a 20mm faceplate with a T-shaped rail and were only available with a 40mm backset. 
• Spindle Specifications: The solid spindle operates with a standard lift lever function, but it is important to note that the spindle measures 7mm, which is smaller than the standard 8mm. To ensure compatibility, 70mm PZ handles will be supplied with a 7mm spindle.
• Gearbox Dimensions: The gearboxes measure 212mm high and the width is the backset plus 15mm.
