To activate the split spindle function, simply lift the external handle while pushing down on the internal handle until you hear an audible click, indicating the pin has broken. This allows for secure operation of the latch externally with a key or internally with the handle.

Identification

The FULLEX SL16 is easily recognizable by its two large chamfered deadbolt locking points and the unique track milled into the deadbolt within the centre gearbox. The faceplate is stamped with "FULLEX SL16," ensuring straightforward identification.
