Fitting Instructions
The base is cemented into the ground to a depth of 88mm. One padlock eye is bolted to the shutter, while the other is pushed into the base.

Operation
Both eyes are padlocked together to prevent the shutter from being opened. To operate, unlock and remove the padlock to open.
