Product Overview: Anglian Multipoint Door Lock Gearboxes
Anglian multipoint door lock gearboxes are designed with a unique square shape, featuring no corner cut-outs. They come in two backset options: 35mm and 45mm, with an overall length of 221mm and a width that is the backset plus 18mm.

Screw Configuration:
Gearboxes are secured to the faceplate with four screws, which is atypical for multipoint locks.
Screw hole measurements:
First to second: 37mm
Second to third: 85mm
Third to fourth: 43mm
Backset Measurement:
When measuring the backset, account for an additional 2-3mm for the faceplate. For instance, a 35mm backset gearbox will measure 32mm when not attached to the strip.
Operation Instructions:
Locking the Door:
Close the door to automatically engage the latch.
Lift the handle to activate the additional locking points.
Throw the deadbolt and secure the system by turning the key (note: some brands may throw the deadbolt by lifting the handle).
Unlocking the Door:
Turn the key to unlock the system.
Push the handle down to disengage the locking points.
A further quarter turn of the key will retract the latch.
Latch Reversal:
To reverse the latch, unscrew it, flip it, and reinsert before replacing the screws.
Nightlatch Split Spindle Reversal:
Remove the latch to access a small screw. Use a small screwdriver to turn the screw 180 degrees, then return the latch to its correct position.
