Key Features
Backset Options: Choose between 35mm or 45mm backsets. The 45mm version utilizes a 35mm case with an extended latch and deadbolt, complemented by a 10mm packer piece for optimal fit.
Double Spindle Design: This gearbox is equipped with a double spindle, making it ideal for various applications. Note that it is unsprung, so we recommend pairing it with sprung door handles for best performance.
Dimensions: The gearbox measures 228mm in height, with the latch and deadbolt both measuring 30mm high. There is a 65mm distance between the bottom of the latch and the top of the deadbolt.
Installation: Designed for easy installation, the gearbox fits onto faceplates with three screw holes. The top to middle screw hole measures 109mm, as does the middle to bottom screw hole.
Latch Reversal: For convenience, the latch can be reversed by simply undoing the screw, reversing the latch, and reinserting it.
Operation Instructions
To lock the door:
Lift the handle upwards to engage the locking points.
Secure the locking points and main deadbolt (if applicable) by turning the key.
To unlock the door:
Turn the key to unlock the system.
Push the handle downwards to disengage the locking points and retract the latch.
