Introducing the Winlock multipoint door lock gearboxes, designed with a unique square shape and no corner cutouts, ensuring both style and functionality.

These gearboxes feature a high latch measuring 24mm (with two distinctive screws) and a 30mm high deadbolt, with a spacing of 61mm between them. Uniquely, the gearboxes are secured to the faceplate with four screws. The measurements between the screw holes are as follows:
First to second: 37mm
Second to third: 85mm
Third to fourth: 43mm
When measuring the backset, remember to allow 2-3mm for the faceplate. For instance, a 35mm backset gearbox will measure 32mm when not fixed to the strip.
Operation: The lock can be operated using a lift lever or a split spindle.
Latch Reversal: To reverse the latch, simply undo the screws, remove the latch, reverse it, and reinsert before replacing the screws.
Nightlatch Split Spindle Reversal: Remove the latch to access a small screw. Use a small bladed screwdriver to turn the screw 180 degrees, then return the latch to its correct position.
Locking the Door:
Close the door to automatically engage the latch.
Lift the handle to engage the additional locking points.
Throw the deadbolt and lock the system by turning the key (note: on some brands, lifting the handle will throw the deadbolt).
Unlocking the Door:
Unlock the system by turning the key.
Push the handle down to disengage the locking points.
A further quarter turn of the key will retract the latch.
