Mark 2 Multipoint Gearbox - Lift Lever

Product Information

DGS multipoint lock gearboxes are designed for enhanced security and ease of use. Each unit features a latch and deadbolt, measuring 191mm in height (excluding fixing lugs) and a width of backset + 16mm. The latch stands at 32mm high, while the deadbolt measures 35mm high, with a distance of 54mm from the bottom of the latch to the top of the deadbolt.

These gearboxes are securely attached to their faceplates with three screws. The screw placement is as follows: the distance from the top screw to the middle screw is 108mm, and from the middle screw to the bottom screw is 92mm.

Important Note: Always allow an additional 2mm when measuring your backset, ensuring the faceplate remains attached to the gearbox. Please note that these gearboxes are not compatible with older style locks.

Operation: Lift Lever

Latch Reversal: Twist the latch into the desired position.

To Lock the Door:

1. Lift the handle upwards to engage the locking points.
2. Secure the locking points and main deadbolt (if applicable) by turning the key.

To Unlock the Door:

1. Unlock the system by turning the key.
2. Push the handle downwards to disengage the locking points and retract the latch.
