The ERA Lever Operated Latch & Deadbolt Split Spindle Center Case is a versatile locking solution designed for both security and convenience. With options for a 30 mm, 35 mm, or 45 mm backset and 92 mm centers, this center case is adaptable to various door configurations. Its dimensions include a 220mm case height and a choice of 45mm, 50mm, or 60mm case width, ensuring compatibility with a range of installations.

This center case features a robust latch and deadbolt configuration, ideal for lever and pad or lever and lever applications. Specifically engineered for use with ERA multipoint locking systems, it serves as a direct replacement for instances where only the gearbox has failed, simplifying repairs and upgrades.

Handing
The latch is easily reversible, allowing for flexibility in installation. Simply remove the screws, take out the latch, flip it to the opposite hand, and refit the screws for a seamless transition.

Operation

• Locking Method: To engage the locking mechanisms, lift the lever and turn the cylinder one full turn to lock. To unlock, simply turn the key one full turn and push the lever down.
