The Elite Standard multipoint door lock is designed for enhanced security and durability, featuring a robust configuration of 4 rollers, 2 hooks, 1 deadbolt, and 1 latch. This lock serves as a direct replacement for select older Roto locks, ensuring compatibility and ease of installation.

• Versatile Applications: Ideal for various door types, the Elite multipoint lock is manufactured in Europe and boasts a "Silbear" coating, providing exceptional protection against salt spray for up to 480 hours.
• Identification: Look for the Elite logo stamped on the faceplate to confirm authenticity. The gearbox includes a slot and a small hole for bolt-through handles, enhancing functionality.
• Legacy and Compatibility: Elite has taken over the production of these locks from Roto-Frank, maintaining the same specifications and tooling, with the addition of the advanced Silbear coating. Recognized in our catalogues as the MVD range or "Roto mark 2" locks, these gearboxes offer a straightforward lock swap, although original gearboxes cannot be interchanged.
• Size Options: Available in standard and compact versions for shorter doors, both maintain a handle height of 950mm while the overall length is reduced to 1810mm.
• Gearbox Specifications: Choose between a 35mm single spindle lock or a 35mm or 45mm double spindle. Gearboxes measure 200mm high with a backset of +19mm. Remember to account for an additional 2mm for the faceplate when measuring.
• Locking Mechanism: The deadbolt projects 20mm and measures 32mm high, while the latch is 30mm high and projects 10mm. The distance between the latch and deadbolt is 63mm, with centres positioned at 62mm and 92mm.
• Hook and Roller Functionality: Elite hooks can operate in opposite directions or upwards, depending on the model, and are coated with Silbear for enhanced durability. Rollers assist in compressing the door against the frame, preventing dust and water ingress, while also helping to maintain the door's structural integrity.

Operation Instructions:

To Lock the Door:

1. Close the door to automatically engage the latch.
2. Lift the handle to engage the locking points.
3. Turn the key to lock the system.

To Unlock the Door:

1. Turn the key to unlock the system.
2. Push the handle down to disengage the locking points.
3. A quarter turn of the key will retract the latch.
