The Maco C-TS multipoint door lock is designed for enhanced security and functionality, featuring a robust configuration that includes 2 rollers, 1 deadbolt, 1 latch, and 2 anti-lift bolts.

Key Features:

• Innovative Design: Introduced in 2012, the C-TS range replaces the older G-TS series, offering a split spindle mechanism that allows for both lift lever and split spindle functions. 
• Identification: C-TS locks can be easily identified by the Maco logo on the faceplate and the unique shape of the locking gearboxes once removed.
• Faceplate Options: Available in traditional 16mm and 20mm faceplates, the C-TS locks also offer a "Top Hat" faceplate option. This innovative design features a 16mm faceplate that fits into the euro groove, topped with a 24mm faceplate that conceals routing details for a seamless finish.
• Distinctive Shape: The C-TS locks are characterized by their rounded main gearbox and hook boxes, with a notably rounded corner next to the euro cut-out.
• Compact Size: Measuring 202mm high, these locks are among the smaller gearboxes available, featuring a "soft" latch that is split in half. Note that Maco provides various latch variants, so this feature alone may not definitively identify the lock.
• Specifications: The latch and deadbolt each measure 30mm high, with a spacing of 55mm between them. They are secured to the faceplate with three screws, with specific measurements for screw placement.
• Backset Measurement: When measuring the backset, account for an additional 2-3mm for the faceplate. For instance, a 35mm backset gearbox will measure 32mm when detached from the strip.
• Security Features: The C-TS locks come with different hook locking arrangements, including a standard uni-directional hook and a higher security hook with an anti-lift pin. 

Operation Instructions:

• To Lock the Door:
  • Lift the handle upwards to engage the locking points.
  • Secure the locking points and main deadbolt (if applicable) by turning the key.
• To Unlock the Door:
  • Turn the key to unlock the system.
  • Push the handle downwards to disengage the locking points and retract the latch.

Measuring Guidelines:

To ensure accurate measurements for your Maco C-TS multipoint door lock, follow these guidelines:

Backset Measurement: To measure the backset, take a ruler and measure the distance from the edge of the door to the center of the lock cylinder. Remember to account for an additional 2-3mm for the faceplate thickness.

Centres PZ Measurement: To measure the centres, find the distance between the center of the keyhole and the center of the handle hole. This is typically 92mm for the C-TS locks.

Faceplate Measurement: For the faceplate, measure the width and length of the faceplate itself. The C-TS locks feature a 16mm flat end faceplate, which should be measured from edge to edge.
