Keywind Gearbox

The FUHR Keywind Gearbox is engineered for efficiency and security, featuring a 35mm backset and 92mm centres. With a compact design, it boasts a 200mm case height and a 50mm case width, making it an ideal fit for various door types.

This innovative cylinder-operated centre case seamlessly manages both the latch and deadbolt without the need for handle operation. This functionality is particularly beneficial for doors where access is strictly controlled via key entry. Tailored for FUHR multipoint locking systems, it serves as a dependable replacement for traditional keywind setups, commonly found in high-security or restricted access environments.

Handing
To reverse the latch, locate the Allen screw on the side of the lockcase aligned with the latch. Simply remove the screw, pull out the latch, reverse it, and then reattach the Allen screw.

Operation

• Locking Method: C - Requires two full turns of the key to lock and unlock. An additional turn will withdraw the latch.
