Strand Hardware PH357 Three Point Panic Latch

The Strand Hardware PH357 is a robust three-point panic latch designed for use on a single door or the active leaf of a pair of rebated doors.

Key Features:

• Comprehensive Mechanism: Comprises a mechanism, idler, and crossarm with covered connecting rods and horizontal latching pullman latches at the top and bottom.

• Versatile Sizing: Suits doors up to 1050mm wide, with longer crossarms available for wider doors up to 1450mm wide and 2585mm high. Longer rods can accommodate doors up to 3150mm high.

• Standard Strikers: Supplied with strikers for timber or metal doors as standard; strikers for PVCu are available separately.

• Dogging Facility: Available with a dogging (hold-back) facility, suitable for escape doors but not recommended for fire/smoke door assemblies.

• Micro-Switch Compatibility: A micro-switch can be fitted in either the mechanism or idler, allowing integration with equipment that monitors door status. Please specify your preferred location when ordering.

• Optional Access Devices: Optional outside access devices are available for entry from outside.
