Strand Hardware PH350 Single Point Panic Latch

The Strand Hardware PH350 is a single point panic latch designed for use on a single door (timber or metal) or the active leaf of a pair of rebated doors.

It comprises a mechanism, idler, and crossarm, making it suitable for doors up to 1050mm wide. For wider doors, longer crossarms are available, accommodating widths up to 1450mm. The latch is supplied with strikers for both timber and metal doors as standard, while strikers for PVCu are available separately.

This product is available with a dogging (hold-back) facility; however, it should not be used on fire/smoke door assemblies but is perfectly fine for escape doors.

A micro-switch can be fitted in either the mechanism or idler, allowing the door to be integrated with equipment that monitors door status. If required, please state your preferred location when ordering.

Optional outside access devices are available to provide entry from outside.
