Elite Keywind gearboxes are designed for durability and ease of use, available in both 35mm and 45mm backsets with a single spindle lock configuration.
Dimensions:
Gearbox Height: 200mm + backset (add 19mm for total height)
Faceplate Measurement: Remember to account for an additional 2mm when measuring the backset.
Deadbolt Projection: 20mm, with a height of 32mm.
Latch Dimensions: 30mm high, projecting 10mm.
Distance Between Latch and Deadbolt: 63mm.
Centre Measurements:
Centres Position: 62mm and 92mm.
Top Spindle Distance: 122mm from the bottom of the case.
Single Spindle Lock Feature: Includes a round hole for the second spindle location.
Fixing Points: The gearbox is designed with a bolt-through fixing 19mm from the top spindle, with an additional slot for fixings located 42mm above the spindle.

Locking and Unlocking Instructions
To Lock the Door:
Close the door to automatically engage the latch.
Turn the key to throw and engage or "wind" out the locking points.
To Unlock the Door:
Turn the key to unlock by "unwinding" the locking points.
A further quarter turn of the key will retract the latch.
