FIRESTOP Applic 38dB Fire Rated Automatic Drop Down Seal Face Fixed

The FIRESTOP Applic 38 automatic drop down seals are engineered to provide a robust barrier against various external elements, including noise, light, fire, smoke, and insects. These seals activate seamlessly with the door's closing action, ensuring they only engage when the door is fully closed. Available in multiple lengths, they can be easily trimmed down by up to 125mm for a perfect fit. Each seal comes complete with screws for straightforward installation on either side of the door.

These seals have undergone rigorous acoustic testing in accordance with DIN EN ISO 10140-2, achieving an impressive rating of up to 38dB Rw. Additionally, they have been fire tested to BS EN 1634-1 and smoke tested to BS EN 1634-3: 2004, earning Certifire approval. This makes them suitable for use on FD30, FD60, FD90, and FD120 fire doors. It is crucial to install this product following the manufacturer's guidelines and in conjunction with all relevant associated products.
