The Briton 5760 DIN Standard Euro Escape Sashlock Case is an essential component for ensuring safety and compliance in escape route applications. Designed specifically for euro profile cylinder locking and lever operation, this lockcase simplifies installation with its 60mm backset and 72mm centres, accommodating both left and right-handed doors effortlessly.

With a single turn of the cylinder, the bolt extends 20mm, providing robust security. Additionally, the lockcase is equipped with bolt-through fixing holes that adhere to DIN 18251 standards, ensuring a secure fit.

Constructed from galvanised steel with a satin nickel finish, this lockcase offers excellent corrosion resistance. The grade 316 stainless steel forend, available in both round and square designs, enhances durability. It has been rigorously tested to EN 1634-1 standards and holds Certifire approval, making it suitable for FD30 and FD60 fire doors. To maintain fire safety, it is crucial to install the appropriate intumescent pack and a suitable door closer when fitting to a fire door.
