33 Ultra Container Door Gearbox

The Hooply 33 Ultra Door Gearbox is engineered for exceptional durability, making it the perfect choice for steel doors. This heavy-duty unit is particularly advantageous when only the center case needs replacement, allowing for a cost-effective solution without the need to replace the entire multipoint lock system.

With a robust 30mm faceplate and 225mm screw centers, this gearbox is designed for versatility, being reversible for both left-hand and right-hand applications.

The key-operated gearbox is specifically tailored for container door multi-lock systems, featuring a secure key-operated latch and a four deadbolt configuration that ensures high-security access.

Handing

To reverse the latch, simply remove the screw located at the top of the case. After removing the screw, toggle the slide switch at the top of the unit, reverse the latch, slide the toggle back into position, and replace the screw.

Operation

Locking Method: Turn the key two full times to lock, and two full times to unlock. An additional turn will withdraw the latch.
