The 1027 40mm backset nightlatch is a reliable non-deadlocking solution, supplied as a case only without an external rim cylinder. Suitable rim cylinders can be purchased separately.
This nightlatch features key operation from the outside and lever handle operation from the inside. It includes a convenient snib function, allowing the latch to be deadlocked in the locked position or held back in the withdrawn position for easy access.
